Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Acceptance
This website presents the services of Praetor Digital (Miami, Florida). By using this site or hiring our services you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services.
Services and plans
The monthly plans shown describe our standard offering. Each engagement is confirmed by written agreement (including email) before any billing. Founder pricing is limited-availability and may change for new clients at any time; active clients keep their agreed price. Monthly work allowances (such as included edit or improvement hours) apply per cycle and do not accumulate or roll over.
Website ownership and license
All websites, designs, source code, structures, configurations, integrations, and materials that Praetor Digital creates, hosts, or manages under a subscription are and remain the exclusive property of Praetor Digital. While your subscription is active, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for your business. That license ends automatically when the subscription ends, for any reason. Full ownership of a website can only be acquired through a purchase agreement negotiated separately from the monthly plans.
Client materials and portfolio
Logos, photos, texts, and other materials you provide remain yours; by sharing them you authorize us to use them in your project. You are solely responsible for having the rights to everything you provide. Praetor Digital may display and reference work created for clients in its portfolio and marketing.
Payments and suspension
Plans are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails or is not received, Praetor Digital may suspend the services — including taking the website offline — until the account is brought current. Prices for future billing cycles may be updated with prior notice.
Term and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly. Either party may end the subscription with written notice before the next renewal. Upon termination, the usage license ends, the services stop, and Praetor Digital may deactivate the website. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.
No guarantee of results
We work to improve your digital presence and lead flow, but no specific business outcome (rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue) is guaranteed. Search engines, AI platforms, and social networks change their rules constantly and are outside our control.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers (hosting, domains, email delivery, Google, booking platforms, and similar). We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions, although we will always work to minimize their impact. Portfolio links point to live client websites operated by their owners; we are not responsible for external content.
Acceptable use and client responsibility
You agree to use the services for lawful purposes and warrant that your business information and materials are truthful and do not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Praetor Digital harmless from any claim arising from your content, your products or services, or your use of the deliverables.
Intellectual property of this site
The content, brand, and design of this website belong to Praetor Digital and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is”. Praetor Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. In any case, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the services during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page; the date above reflects the latest revision.
